Steps

1. Docks Legend: say "Pardon me" to Boat Dealers on 3 islandsA Boat Dealer or Luxury Boat Dealer on 3 different islands (Floating Turtle, Hydra Island, Castle on the Sea…).
2. Sense of Duty: defeat a Pirate Raid enemy at the Castle on the SeaWait for the Pirate Raid at the Castle on the Sea and take down at least one enemy until the wave is cleared.
3. Soulless: defeat the Cake QueenThe Cake Queen is at the Sea of Treats. Once she falls you are taken to the Heavenly Dimension.
4. Light torch 1/3 and defeat the Cursed SkeletonsStep next to the torch to light it; clear the Cursed Skeletons before lighting the next one.
5. Light torch 2/3 and defeat the Cursed SkeletonsStep next to the torch to light it; clear the Cursed Skeletons before lighting the next one.
6. Light torch 3/3 and defeat the Cursed SkeletonsStep next to the torch to light it; clear the Cursed Skeletons before lighting the next one.
7. Defeat Heaven's GuardianHeaven's Guardian is in the middle of the Heavenly Dimension.
8. Step into the glowing gateThe gate is at the north edge of the Heavenly Dimension.
9. Touch the scrollThe scroll is in the Crypt, right where you came back.
