- Talk to the Mad Scientist near the dockGet off at the dock and turn left. He's hiding behind a rock.
- Break the dark flashing cloud above the islandIt floats just off the northern edge of the highest cloud island. Any attack works.
- Bring the Lightning Bolt to the Mad ScientistHead back down to the lowest island, by the rock near the dock.
